The safety of all children is paramount to our society. In response to the Victorian inquiry into the handling of child abuse by religious and other non-government organisations, the Victorian Parliament created an oversight and monitoring role for the Commission for Children and Young People.

The Reportable Conduct scheme requires heads of organisations to investigate allegations and notify the Commission for Children and Young People of the outcomes of this investigation.

Lewis Wanstall & Associates are experienced investigative practitioners who have skill in undertaking investigations within both religious, government and non-government settings.  More information about our investigative capabilities can be found here.
